Terry grew up in Long Beach and Ilwaco, Washington, then spent seven
years in the US Coast Guard as an electronics technician, followed by four
years in Navy Aviation as RADAR operator.

He has much radio and some television broadcasting experience: with KLSN
and KXA in Seattle as a classical DJ; with KGHO in Hoquiam as program
director and DJ; and many other stations in the Northwest, adorned with
titles like Transmitter Engineer, Audio Engineer, and Assistant News and
Sports Director.

Terry returned to his native coastal stomping grounds in 2000 with his wife
of 29 years, Barbara.

Since his arrival at Coast Community Radio at the end of 2002, our
turntables turn, our DAT's skip not at all and Megler Mountain (and our
transmitter) has a new, regular visitor.
