The Astoria Downtown Historic District Association (ADHDA) is a non-profit organization that emphasizes the encouragement of community involvement and investment in preserving the character of historic downtown Astoria while promoting its health and future.
ADHDA is a Nationally Accredited, Performing Main Street Community, as recognized by the National Main Street and the Oregon Main Street Programs. ADHDA follows the 4-Point Main Street Approach, a proven comprehensive approach to commercial historic district revitalization.
ADHDA implements the 4-Point Approach throughout the downtown district, which is primarily comprised of 38 blocks: from 5th to 17th Streets to the west and east and from Exchange Street to the Columbia River to the south and the north.
