Workshop Description: The Cannon Beach Arts Association invites you to join us for this very special vision board workshop with artist and CBAA Program Director Cara Mico. Learn about the techniques and tools for creating a collaged vision board and how to maintain it throughout the year. Class will focus on the meditative practice of vision boarding to problem solve and create SMART (specific and strategic, measurable, achievable, realistic, and time-dependent) goals that will help you in all areas of life.
Cara will incorporate feng shui and element theories as well as pull from astrology, mythology, and other stories to help you develop a vision board set with the intention of manifesting positive outcomes meant for your highest and greatest good. Students will walk away with all the tools needed to make a manifestation alter at home including a framed vision board worthy of displaying, a set of meditation stones and candles, focusing oils, and a life goals journal along with your own printed astrological natal chart.
