High-intensity interval training (HIIT), is a fitness training technique that features a combination of cardio and strength activities. The workout
includes 30 minutes of interval training—30 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest—and 20 minutes of core strength and stretching.
HIIT provides a high caloric burn and is proven to increase the metabolism.
