Friends of Skamokawa showcases local artisans at holiday shopping open house
Skamokawa, WA — Friends of Skamokawa invites you all to our annual “Deck the Hall”, holiday shopping open house featuring the unique and varied talent of Wahkiakum County and surrounding area artists.
Local artisans will fill the second floor of the historic 19th century building with an assortment of wares, including photography, hand-woven items, glass, metal, wood, quilts, candles, soaps, ornaments, jewelry, sculpture, and more. The grand opening weekend begins on Friday, November 23, 10 AM to 4 PM, Saturday, November 24, 10 AM to 4 PM, and Sunday November 25, 12 PM to 4 PM. The “Deck the Hall” Open House will continue through December 16, Thursdays through Sundays 12-4 PM.
In addition, our bookshelves are brimming with unique and interesting titles for kids and adults as well as an abundant book sale section with a variety of fascinating titles.
During our opening weekend we’ll be offering delicious baked goods and hot cider for a warm and cozy holiday shopping experience.
