Several big, NW garlic farmers will be selling gourmet, heirloom garlic for cooking or for planting in your own garden. There will be thousands of bulbs and many, many different varieties available. The farmers will be talking about each variety and how to use it or successfully grow it. Beautiful garlic braids will be available. There will be live gypsy jazz music by the group Jump, Jive and Django. The Wild Locals will be grilling some amazing garlic centric dishes and Carola Wines will be selling hard apple cider. Lots of heirloom tomatoes will be only one of many vegetables making a show at the festival, along with pastries, artisan bread, local honey, handmade toffee and lovely arts and crafts.
