Senior Moment

 

A half-hour program for and about seniors, hosted by Joanne Rideout.

on air: 2nd Tuesdays from 9:30-10:00am, on KMUN and KTCB.

Joanne also hosts The Ship Report, weekdays, 8:49-8:59am, on KMUN & KTCB.

Joanne is Coast Community Radio’s General Manager.  She is also a  freelance journalist whose work has appeared in a variety of national publications. Her radio stories have aired on NPR and the Northwest News Network and other regional outlets.
 
Before moving to the North Coast, Joanne lived for many years in the desert Southwest on the Navajo and Hopi Reservations, where she was the editor of the Hopi Tribe’s newspaper, Tutuveni, and covered tribal issues for regional publications and the Associated Press.
